Wow its really good
by Joe on February 15th, 2009 on Burrachos |

I normally do not write a review for a restaurant but after eating a Burrachos I had to. First I want to say the service is some of the best around. At first I thought that the Manager behind the counter knew me because he talked to me like I was his best friend. Well the food wad really good, I had a steak burrito with pinto beans and some hot sauce. The steak was cooked right after I ordered that was a nice touch, freah and hot. I also had chips and pico. the pico was nice usually there is too much lime in pico but not here it was well refreshing. Well like I aid I dont usually do a review but I learned that burrachos is local and they plan on expanding. So....Good luck and god speed. You guys make one hell of a burrito. Joe |
Rococo Loco
by Pizza Lover on February 9th, 2009 on Rocky Rococo Pan Style Pizza |
| I love Rocky's Pizza. I have been eating it for many years. I was thrilled when I heard they were opening one in Appleton. I like to take my family there because we can get a meal that includes, pizza, bread sticks and soda for about $20 bucks. So I don't spend a lot of money and everyone leaves full and happy. This Rocky's has friendly employees and has always treated us with fast service and great pizza. |

Bad Cafeteria Service
by Unhappy on January 16th, 2009 on Cl Swanson Corporation |
| Swanson provides cafeteria services at my place of employment, and it has gotten progressively worse over the years. The food has high prices and low quality, and there is no avenue for suggestions. If they didn't have a "captive audience," they would never survive. |
One Star is Generous....
by tresors charmants on January 13th, 2009 on Cannery Bar & Grill |
|
I give this place one star.... purely for the beautifully redone building and the chicken and rice soup. The food was barely palatable~ the steak was chewy, the fish was cold, and the chicken caesar wrap was all lettuce, no chicken. The hamburger and the ribs were "OK" according to those who ate them. The highlight of the meal was the soup. The kitchen was terrible. The first five entrees (there were 11 of us) came out, then THIRTY MINUTES LATER, the next four came out, and finally another TEN MINUTES elapsed before the final two arrived. Inexcusable. Apparently they figured that once they told us they would give us a $20 discount, they could ignore us again.... up until we had our plates cleared. The server literally took a plate out from under someone who was still eating. The patron had a mouthful of food and couldn't even stop the server until she had already whisked the plate away. A boy had a steak, and left 2/3 of it on his plate to take home. He proceeded to go to the restroom, and when he returned, he informed his mother that his plate was gone. The server had taken the plate and THROWN AWAY over 2/3 of an $18 steak. Never asked if a take-out carton was needed, never checked to see if he was done, she just tossed it. And when asked where his dinner was, the server made a face and said, "Oops!" Finally, when I contacted the manager the next day, since the one the night before didn't seem too interested in dealing with us, this manager wanted to send me a gift card to come back. I told her that I didn't want a gift card, and would not be coming back, but that I thought that a new business would want to know exactly where their business needed shoring up, so that they could be successful in this area. She said, "You don't want a gift card, then there is nothing I can do for you. Thanks for calling" and hung up on me. |
Great Stuff

| I love the Koffee Bean. It is clean, warm, and inviting every time I go. The best drink there is the Anna Banana Split. I highly recommend it. |
