TX Restaurant Reviews & Comments:
Mopping while we eat
by Late Eater on April 29th, 2009 on Catfish Oharlies |
| My family and I have been in three time and every time are seated by a big, bald man who proceeds to mop around us every time (literally the mop touched my foot). We went in last night and he sat us right next to the only two tables in there with people, I moved our stuff and when he came out of the kitchen with our tea and noticed we moved just shook his head. When we said we needed a little time to decide he proceeded to mop around us again. Needless to say we got up and left! They should wait to clean the areas where people are eating until 9:00 when they close. I don't enjoy the smell of pinesol while I am trying to eat!!!!!!! This manager seems to be a very unhappy, miserable person who never smiles. |
A Real Treat
by Annie on April 8th, 2009 on Sweet Temptation |
| The food is outstanding and the owners are as hospitable as if you were visiting their own home. There is no corking fee. I recommend Sweet Temptation as a most welcome addition of a good Italian restaurant in the Heights. |

amazing
by Josh on April 1st, 2009 on Old Warsaw Restaurant |
| Tried Old Warsaw for the first time with my family. Older kids with picky appetites. Everyone loved what they ordered and raved about it afterward. From the professional, friendly staff (including the chefs) to the romatic, sophisticated ambiance, everything about this place was perfect. Next time you're in Dallas, I recommend you avoid the touristy, crowded restaurants in the area and head uptown to The Old Warsaw where you'll be guaranteed a good meal and great service |

YUM
by GrandmaJer on February 16th, 2009 on Uncle Bill's Pizza |
| I really enjoyed my pizza at Uncle Bills. The sauce was not to acid and the crust was crispy. This was not at the buffet...but I assume that it would compare. |
Nice and peaceful
by oksoonergirl26 on February 15th, 2009 on Okada Japanese Steakhouse |
| There are many hibachi steakhouses int the DFW area and this one is by far my favorite. It is not solely devoted to the hibachi grill and has real tables and nice size bar. The sushi menu is extensive and the rolls are superb. The service is pleasant and efficient. The hibachi chefs are entertaining without being too gimmicky and the atmosphere is peaceful and refined. It's great date place or celebratory dinner location. |
