NJ Restaurant Reviews & Comments:
Best sushi
by Bear on April 10th, 2009 on Yoshi Japenese |
| Yoshi is the best sushi in all of central New Jersey. Very fresh, creative, nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. They are authentic Japanese. The rock shrimp is amazing as well as the pepper tuna and gyoza. Best miso soup around. The specialty rolls and sushi and sashimi are fantastic. Try one of the fun Japanese sodas and learn how to open it! |

Discover foods of India
by red3380438 on February 17th, 2009 on Taj Palace |
| I was impressed with the quality of the food here and it's become a favorite. I love the chicken sag -- buttery, flavorful comfort food. And the Chicken Makhani is the equal of Makhani's I've ordered at Indian restaurants around the world. |

Nice food with horrible loud entert
by Won't go there again! on February 15th, 2009 on Da Vinci Restaurant |
| The owner is more concerned about bringing in customers with gimmicky entertainment rather than caring about his customer's happiness and the chaotic dining experience that he has created. . Had dinner there on a Friday night. Didn't realize that there would be a tacky husband and wife kareoke team that blasted their music so load that conversation at the table was impossible. So if customers don't realize that it is not a calm dining experience they are in for a surprise. The food was good, but the noise level was awful. It felt like being at a bar mitzvah or a disco. Perhaps they should give out T-shirts as a party favor. |

Awful attitude by manager after bug
by Shin on February 1st, 2009 on Kiku Alpine Restaurant |
| Bug crawling in salad and no apology from waitress or manager!!! Manager was obnoxious and rude. He acted like it was no big deal and nothing needed to be done. All he said was the steak ordered will be cooked and there will be no bugs. That's not a response. No apology was given. I asked to just end my meal at the salad and leave. His response was Ok leave!! What an attitude the manager had. I was just talking in a normal, a little irritated tone because to be paying $27 for a dish I think I had all the right. I should've made a huge scene and showed everyone the bug drenched in the dressing crawling. What an awful experience all around!!!! |
