| This is a small-town jewel. The hospitality is great and the facility is beautiful. If I'm not there watching a sporting event, I'm dining with my wife on the restaurant side, which is separated from the more active pub side. Our company once had a Christmas party in the upstairs banquet facility and that was great too. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating is because I never give anything perfect reviews - that would seem fake. Perfection is impossible. |

I joined a friend for a couple drinks, to celebrate her 30th birthday. In the hour I was there, it became obvious, this waitress could care less about providing service to our group. Maybe it was because we weren't single men, or maybe because we weren't regulars', either way it is disappointing that there is a huge epidemic in the service industry; "Laziness" or maybe a case of servers having this misconceived notion that they deserve a tip regardless of their actions. I have been in either the service industry and sales industry for almost more of my life than not, and I love helping people and want them to feel like they are the only ones I am helping. Perhaps this server should work at Taco Bell or somewhere that doesn't require someone to tip. Maybe it is her own ignorance that she doesn't fully understand what the word tip means. "To insure promptness." And the lack thereof, left her pretty much empty handed. Out of pity, I left a tip and later regretted it. I shouldn't have rewarded her for blatantly loitering at the table full of men, across from us, as she appeared to be sharing a drink with them. What is wrong with this picture? My point here? NEWSFLASH to all servers, get off your lazy ass and provide the best possible service. And don't cry about it when you don't get a tip. Especially in our economic times, wouldn't you want to do EVERYTHING in your power to guarantee financial stability? |

| DO NOT USE THIS CATERER!!!! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! We had an appointment to meet with her for a consultation but she was so busy hanging Christmas decorations that day that she forgot about our appointment. RIDICULOUS! She had absolutely nothing prepared and was a huge waste of our time. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! |

| They absolute best coffee ever. Being from Seatlle I thought I knew coffee but I was wrong. The service is good and is very home-like. Come and try Jitters I imagine you will not be sorry. |
