Good food, BAD service

| We have now eaten at Kobe in Tuscaloosa twice. The first time the food was great...but the service was poor. The waitress seemed to frazzled and busy to answer questions about the menu...and it was the end of lunch hours so it wasn't busy. The second trip we had a different waitress...much nicer, but once again too frazzled and busy to get anything. After she took our drink and food orders she failed to refill our drinks, forgot to bring two orders of rice, and we only saw her in passing. We could not get her attention as she passed us by. Someone else offered to refill our drinks, I'm thinking it may have been a manager, maybe...then we had to just stop random people for refills and anything else we might have needed. In my opinion service is extremely important when dining out...they REALLY, REALLY need to work on this! I hope they read this and try to improve!!! |

lisa's kitchen is so delicous it is clean they r really nice to everybody the food is sssssssssssssoooooooooooooooooooo good i eat there 3 times a week and i never get tired of the food and if i did i can get something from the menu awesome huh? oh yeah and like on the menu i can get like a hhhuuuugggeee hamburger and fries or chicken nuggets.... lisa's kitchen has american and chinese food it rocks oh yeah |
